I will start with the only two positives. The ship was very clean and the people in the casino were great.

That's it! It was a full cruise. They were not able to accommodate all the people on board. The only people that would say Good Morning were the crew in suits other then that you didn't exist. The buffet food was cold and kid friendly. (We didn't have kids) for seven days it was the same exact food. I don't eat meat and there were no other options for me. The only cruise where I lost 10 lbs instead of gaining. Most of the restaurants were an additional charge to eat in. There was a line in every place you went bathrooms, restaurants, elevators, bar. Our very first night at sheegans the bartender picked his nose and then started making drinks. At Bar 21 one bartender asked to take our order and then said i don't make that kind of drinks, (vodka and cranberry) another bartender came over and took our order and went and stood at the other end. After 10 mins we asked where our drink was and acted like he never saw us. Finally bartender three took our order and got our drinks. This cruise was very kid friendly, no adult activities for couples. Also there was a huge disconnect on directions when getting off at other ports. We got off in Flordia for a few hours. However is was in the middle,of no where and you need a cab to go somewhere. Plus when we arrived the announcement was in the hallway so if you were in your room and didn't hear anything. We arrived and didn't know. The hot tubs were not working, the adult pools full of kids!
