This boat is filled with a very diverse staff. It was very hard to communicate with a lot of them on numerous occasions we received bad service and misinformation from the crew:
Day 1: Incorrect pricing on coffee and beverage packages. Was told it would be 2.75 and I was charges 5 each?
Day 2: Staff was aware of the lack of refillable soda cups for the beverage package and sold it to us anyway. Which resulted in us being harassed about asking for a coke without the cup.
Cabin Review
Large Ocean View Stateroom
The cabin was very nice. The bathroom in particular had a weird sewer like smell sometimes. The showers were pretty small and there was a little mildew behind the faucet head. Besides that I enjoyed my stay in the room. The attendant was very nice, a little nosy but very nice and helpful. He made a towel monkey for my mothers room after cleaning :)
