1. Absolute chaos in the port of Miami. Cabins were not ready until 3 and then it got crazy. Key cards malfunctioned. Huge lines....waiting for one of 4 guest relations people to assist you getting a new card. These often did not work. Personally mine broke 7 times. My parents 5 times. NEVER KNEW when the card would work. Each time you had to go down to the 5th floor and get a new one. There were no maps distributed on board. Everyone in my group of 22 was requesting them. Not even one posted in your room.

2. Mass chaos with the luggage. After waiting 6 hours found it myself in a prohibited section of the ship for employees only, left unattended.

3. The food was so awful that people were swarming to the buffet for pizza every chance they had. Massive chaos...pushing....not finding a place to sit. Packed all the time. The only great things on board were the coffee bar and the gelato....all else was on to cruise ship standards that I have experienced.

Cabin Review

Small. Little storage. Good steward.
