Ship is new and facilities condition reflects it. 3 complimentary dinning rooms all serve the same menu. The Manhattan room provides music and dancing and is the largest dinning room. The band starts late so reserve after 7:30. The 24 hours bar type eatery O'Sheehen's is good for after hour cravings. The typical wait time at the dinning rooms at 7:30 is about 5-15 min. If you prefer your dinning early, I would recommend booking reservations before you board. The service sometimes can be slow. On one night, we waiting 5 min for bread, 15 min for appetizer, 5 min for main dish then 10 min after our dessert was already finished. The Buffet is limited and quality is good. The clean up is fast and you can always find a seat. Go to the outdoor grill on deck 16 for burgers and in the morning for breakfast as it is less crowed during breakfast.

This is the first time I have experiences an ship champagne art auction running our of champagne. Must try the obstacle course and pool slides. The rock climbing was only open for a few choice hours on this cruise, Disappointing. The fire works at night at sea was very nice and the deck parties at night were all very entertaining. The entertaining group made sure all the events were enjoyable by getting everyone involve.

Must see Rock of Ages and Burn the floor. You will want to make reservations for all before your cruise to the lines. Reserve your tender reservation as soon as they are available(Not needed if you booked an excursion). Usually the day before so that you can spend more time on the Cay and get a good spot. Took the back of the ship tour. They show you a short history of NCL and takes you to the back stages, the galley, food storage, waste disposal and bridge. The tour could have been improved had the tour guide be more knowledgeable. He escorted you around to each location and you were met by the managers to speak with the group. Didn't see any crew cabins or enter the crew mess as on other ships. No one spoke to the group on the bridge about any of the navigation equipment as promoted on their in room TV.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MX

The balcony is so small that the chairs do not recline. Forget sun bathing on the deck. The difference between the mini-suite and balcony room is a larger bathroom
