We sailed on the Carnival Triumph with the western caribbean as our itinerary. We had a good time. We were two families, a group of nine, with ages ranging from 11-66 years old. Most of us were past cruisers.

Embarkment: The Port of Miami was very well organized. Next thing we knew, we were in our cabins and exploring the ship. It took about 45 minutes from the terminal to the ship.

Cabin: We had three balcony cabins and one inside cabin on deck 10 (panorama). The cabins are very typical but very functional. There is a place for everything. The bathroom was bigger than I had anticipated and there was a basket with creams, toothpaste and hair gel, which was a nice touch. They also have soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that they do not have a mini-fridge in the cabin. They do however bring a full ice bucket 2-3 times a day. The balcony was the best! We used it a lot. Since we were three cabins next to each other, we asked our room attendant to open the partitions between our balconies. This gave us a nice and long balcony.
