1st let me give you the good points about this ship, it has been re-modernized and is a lovely ship to look at but i'm afraid that's it.

Now for the bad, We have been on many different cruise lines in the past and have to say that this is the worst by a country mile, the reception staff are unhelpful and struggle to speak English or choose not to understand you,There was a permanent queue of people complaining whenever we were there, The room we booked on the plan of the ship was a sea view cabin with no obstructions, unfortunately when we opened the curtains there was a lifeboat obstructing the view completely couldn't see anything out of the window and there was no natural daylight coming through, when i asked the reception that we had payed extra for an outside view i was told there was nothing they could do, The prices of drinks on board are ridiculous my 1st drinks on the ship were 1 large beer {just over 1/2 pint} and a vodka and coke it cost me just over 13 euros, so after the 1st day we decided to get the all in drinks which cost 30 euros each per day when they've added the 15% extra, we thought it would work out better until you realize that every bar on the ship is under staffed and takes on average 30 minutes to order and receive your drinks, even coffee in the day, which is obliviously done for a reason !!!. And now for the worst, the food in all restaurants is the worst i have ever experienced on cruises or in hotels, every time we hit shore was the only time we ate well,

This is the 1st review iv'e ever written as we usually just leave it and just never go back there, but i feel really strongly about letting other people know about our experience aboard this cruise line, it was my wife's 50th birthday and we were really disappointed with everything we experienced on board, the ship is very unstable when at sea and be prepared for sea sickness something we've never had before and the sea was not rough at all, maybe the ship being extended might have something to do with it, the cabins are really small with king-size beds which are too big for the size of the room, i must add that the cleanliness of the room was exceptional thanks to the cleaner
