Just got off the worst cruise I have ever been on. Let's get started with the smoking policy. Smoking was allowed in certain areas which were always packed with 15 chairs and in the windest areas. You get treated like crap from the staff. The areas are placed so (The Smokers) can not enjoy the basics of the ship. The casino was always filled to the max makes sense cant smoke on your balcony but smoke inside the middle of the ship. Nothing like getting treated like a third class citizen. The food was not though out a mixture of different items, very dry a tasteless, they are getting cheap on good items. Room Stewart's were very good at keeping the room clean. Guest services the people were very rude. Don't get the WI-FI it doesn't work very good in the room and logs you off and will not let back on it locks you out. I cruise at least 1 time a year spending at least 8000- 12000 per cruise. Let's just say I will NEVER sail on Carnival again.
