I have been on many cruises and usually go with Celebrrity.

Getting on the ship was surprisingly quite fast and at first glance, was very impressed with the ship, but that quickly changed. The dining room is dark and claustrophobic. The buffet is poorly laid out with no room to pass. There is no outdoor dining area. By the pool, there are no facilities for water etc. The crystal staircases are beautiful, but treacherous for walking. There are photographers all over the place(from MSC) always in the way.The steps into the theater are also difficult to navigate. The cabin waas small, but decorated nicely- though cleanliness was a problem. I had the steward come back and clean the bathroom . When packing and looking under the bed to see if anything was missing, I found the book which should have been on the dressing table....

T he service was basically non-existent. The waiters are poorly trained and their English skills are poor- or they just don't want to listen. There is no such thing as a 30 minute express lunch. I was laughed at. Plates are scraped as the plates are picked up.The waiters reach across the table. Coffee is served only if asked for. They have no idea of your name or preferences.
