First time cruisers and would highly recommend the experience, particularly being able to visit so many islands in a short 2 week period. The local people almost without exception were so friendly and helpful and grateful for the income that tourists provided. That's the background. The Azura was an enjoyable experience - good food in the formal dining areas - we were in the Peninsular restaurant for our evening meals and the service was impeccable. The buffet restaurants, where we had breakfast and some lunches, were below the standards you would expect - 3* at most. Evening entertainment was of a high quality in the Playhouse theatre and very professional. The ship is large and this does mean that you can meet people and then never see them again unless they are dining at your or adjacent table, but also it has a confusing layout -you can't circumnavigate the ship on any single level because of an atrium in the middle which splits the ship. Two weeks was not long enough to sort out the geography. We had a balcony cabin on deck 11 which was a good size and well equipped -kettle, 3-pin UK plug sockets, towels for the pools and the comforts of a 4* hotel.

Will we cruise again ?. Not convinced. But the sights, sounds and 28-31 degrees in November are memorable.
