We decided to try a cruise as it was my husbands 70th birthday this year. We did a lot of research reading as many comments as we could find. After much discussion we decided to take the plunge and booked our 14 night cruise for New Zealand. The preparation for it was great fun. We searched all the on shore tours and decided to book for all the ports except Wellington where we did our own thing. From the time we stepped on the ship until we stepped off in Brisbane we can say we enjoyed every minute. What a wonderful holiday. Everything is so well organised. Not a thing to think about. It ran like clockwork. Our cabin was lovely with our little balcony where we sat quite a bit just watching the ocean roll by. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well for the whole trip.

We dined in the restaurant for most of our meals as we found the food to be better quality than the buffet. The ship itself is really lovely inside. Everything was spotless.

We found the tours most enjoyable. They are expensive, as we booked with Princess, but we found them well organised and we would do the same again. We covered a lot of ground with the tours and must say New Zealand is truly a beautiful country. We can't wait to go back.

Cabin Review

Cabin AA

Our cabin was very comfortable and functional. It was kept spotless by our cabin steward.
