This was our first cruise on Royal Caribbean and probably our last. The ship was having mechanical issues and we did not get notified until the day we were going to board the ship. All of our ports got changed and we had to stay in the Bahamas for 2 days. We had to stand in line for 21/2 hours to board the ship with very long lines. While talking to others in line, Royal Carribean knew that their was a problem earlier because people were telling us that their excursions were cancelled a week ago. We booked our excursions through private companies so it left me scrambling to cancel reservations and book new excursions from my cell phone while waiting in line. They should have informed us earlier that we would not be going to St Thomas and St Marteen, but I'm sure they did not want to deal with all the phone calls and complaints.

I was expecting the food to be better then it was. The buffet was not very good, and the pizza at Sorrento's was usually dried out and like cardboard. The dining room food was a little better. I will say this, Our servers Rouge and Madel were awesome probably the best thing about the cruise! As for me I like Carnival better, they had more of a selection of places to eat that are open more hours. They really need to dry dock this boat and get it fixed. You could really feel the vibration from the broken blade and it is in need of some updating especially new carpet. Overall very disappointed I was expecting much more.
