This is a most difficult cruise to evaluate, because everything was either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. this is our 7th NCL cruise, and 35th cruise overall. I like to start with the exceptionally good-

1. Value- we found an exceptional deal, and understood we weren't paying for a 6 star ship, but were more than pleased for the overall cruise experience for the price.

2. Service- has always been good on NCL. Our cabin steward was exceptional, always having our room made up even if we only went down the hall! After we got assigned a regular waiter (Elmer) in Aqua our meals were always just the right amount of time (not hurried, but not slow either). With the exception of 1 rude person on the cruise directors staff (unfortunately from the USA) everyone went out of their way to come up and talk to you.

Cabins are in need of refurbishing, but the dry-dock in 2015 should fix that. Cabin size and bathroom size on this older ship is alot smaller than the newer ships.
