I had an outstanding time on this ship but it was despite many inconveniences. In fact our group of 26 jokingly renamed the ship "Sorry for the inconvenience of the seas". I do not believe RC properly tested everything on board and it resulted in a bad experience for many passengers. The famed Bionic Bar, the internet, several elevators, soda vending, in room monitor and water stations were things that I personally experienced problems with while on board. We also had a horrible situation with a crew party being held directly above out room which was handled very poorly by the ships staff. The lines for some of the attractions got to be so long that you had to stand on another line the day before you wanted to do something. There were also weather related issues which really cant be blamed on RC but it forced us to miss one of the ports of call (COCO CAY) due to safety reasons. We could not go to one of RC's regular backup locations due to the size of the ship (its huge). I think once RC gets the kinks worked out it will be great. I would give this ship another shot but not until its had time to mature in terms of systems and services. Unfortunately it is being moved to the Asian market so my last experience will likely be my only one.

Almost forgot the on board shows were AWESOME!!!! Really high quality. They saved the trip for us.

Cabin Review

Cabin Superior ocean view with balcony

Very nice. A little small compared to other ships we have been on but well appointed. The bed though was very hard.
