We sailed on the Celebrity Constellation 11-Day Holy Land cruise this last October. The boat was quite nice so no complaints on that end. However, the attention to their passenger's satisfaction was flippant at best, inexistant at worst. To begin with, they managed to switch my husband and daughter's pictures on their passes so that every time we got on and off of the boat we had problems ; we were inevitably stopped which caused backed-up lines at the security check-point and inconvenience for everyone. Each time we explained and asked that the pictures be switched and each time they reassured us they would take care of the problem - it was not until the LAST day of the cruise that the issue was resolved.

Finally, due to bad weather the cruise ended in Naples rather than Rome. In the process of busing us to Rome my husband's luggage was lost and it took Celebrity almost 3-weeks to get it to us. We received a lukewarm apology for the inconvenience and an offer to discount our 'next' trip. Given that we were seven in our group (thus a sizable investment in tickets) I would have expected better attention. There will not be 'another' time with Celebrity for us.
