The Carnival Liberty was waiting for us on a spectacular sunny Floridian day. We arrived at 12:30 and parked at the cruise port; glad we got there early as the lot was quickly filing up. $90 for 5 days. Embarkation was quick and painless. The ship was very clean and elevators were plenty. Beware of this vibrating vessel. My granddaughter was afraid to use the restroom at first but it subsided after a few hours.

Lunch: only on the Lido deck - decent fare but not much variety. Best food:- Guys burgers and fries were delicious as were the pastrami sandwiches. Good luck trying to find something to eat on Lido after 11. There's pizza but it was terrible. My 9 year old granddaughter passed on it. The sandwich window closes at 11 P.M. I've sailed previously on Carnival and was surprised to find how badly the cut backs have been.

Dinner was anytime dining, wonderful wait staff in the Golden Room. Kudos to Emiliano and his crew. We enjoyed Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast. There are 2 seatings, ours was sold out. Thing One and Thing Two were great with photos, the Cat was around as well. The charge is $5.00 per person but really fun.

Good location, around the corner from midship elevators. There's a mop closet across the room and you'll hear some noise as they prep to clean but nothing major.
