Cabin: Large Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

While cruising through the Panama Canal last spring we booked the 12 day southern cruise for April 2015 We then learned that the 8 day inaugural voyage was leaving on my birthday so we booked it as well.

The most interesting part was that the 8 days cost more than the 12 days because it was the inaugural.

We expected there would be special events, activities etc.Unfortunately, the reality did not come close our expectations or the marketing hype. We are diamond members having cruised with RCCL since 1992

Cabin Review

Large Interior Stateroom with Virtual Balcony

Cabin L

Cabin was a good size with adequate storage.Shower was much improved but the lack of a waste container in bathroom was inconvenient. The night light is a good idea but having the light switch outside means you light up the whole cabin when you use it to turn on the full lighting in there.Virtual Balcony was nice when it worked. The TV needed to be rebooted each time to get the calender and accounts to work.
