Sail Date: Dec 2014

Very old, read it had just had a re fit in early 2014, very poor ship. Booked a junior suite, very disappointed, widows were filthy, very tatty overall, and picture window was obstructed by a life boat. There were warnings that some suites had obstructions, but most including the ones with balconies had lifeboats obstructing the view.

The food was very poor. Dependant on what time you arrived for the food you either got cold or lukewarm food, the selection was poor as well. The only thing I found good food wise was the bread rolls. Don't book a suite on floor 9 you will be woken about 6am by the tables, chairs, and trolleys being moved around on the deck above, and this goes on til the early hours of the morning.

The pools were out of actions for 5 of the seven days. The windows looking out of the ship were all filthy, looked like the inside and out had not been clean for months. On arrival miscommunication was rife, sent to safety briefing, for 9.30 then told at 9.30 it would be 10.15 in a certain place. Got there to find out that we should have been at a different location, but they had told our whole flight incorrectly. The list goes on and on. I read all the poor reviews before I went but thought that it couldn't be that bad? Be warned , book at your own peril.

Cabin Review

Cabin 923

Noisy from the deck above from early morning 6am til 2pm, with table chairs and trollies.
