Sail Date: Nov 2014

First time sailing MSC. We were booked on MSC Divina Dec 2014 Eastern Caribbean for our annual Christmas cruise. Became aware of MSC Divina super fly, cruise, post stay deal for Mediterrian in Summer 2015 and booked directly through the cruise line. Booking deal included a gratis 7 night Caribbean cruise -- thus this Western Caribbean venture.

Prior to sailing, all of our communication with the on-shore staff and management at MSC was a delight -- they are the most accessible and responsive staff we have ever experienced. On-line check in is simple and easy and we especially loved the short 6 or 7 page Cruise Ticket document.

We chose to drive to Port of Miami and used the Port Parking facilities. Luggage drop off and parking was a breeze - less than 30 minutes from arrival at Port to check-in and on-board. We had arranged for the on-shore staff to provide a tour of the Divina Yacht Club facility so we were met at the ship by MSC Social Media Manager Sara who gave us a great tour after lunch in the buffet. If you want a small ship experience with large ship amenities MSC Yacht Club is for you -- exceptional!
