We have 40 plus cruises under our belt. A majority have been with RCI. We love cruising and loved RCI.

This ship was hyped up by RCI and special attention was being given to this being the ships official inaugural cruise. The itinerary left much to be desired to be desired but most who sail chose it “because” it was the inaugural cruise. This was the reason we took it. We are not novice cruisers and expected some problems being the result of it being the initial official sailing. It was generally considered to be such based on the RCI hype and the slightly inflated price. However, it appeared that the feeling of being “special” was held by the passengers and not by RCI. (This will be explained later.)
