Even though our cruise was delayed for 6 hours because of the norovirus cleaning, it was still a very nice cruise trip. The parking lot was just next to the port and it made parking very easy. They have free shuttle to drive you to the entrance and the boarding process was quite smooth.

Crew on the ship were all polite and friendly. Food is good, all rooms were clean. Youth program was also good since my daughter loved joining their activities.

We didn't join the shore excursions offered by the cruise but finding local tours was not difficult. They could be fairly reasonable too. Puerto Vallarta was a very nice place with very beautiful beaches. We might go back to visit this place again.

Room and bathroom were very clean. The crew actually cleaned our rooms multiple times every day. Very nice room service also.
