Sail Date: Nov 2014

First sailed on the Queen when she was new (1998) so was interested to see how she has fared during this time with multiple owners and being mothballed.

The good news she meet all our expectations and a few more. Our trip was themed Civil War from Chattanooga to Memphis, 01 Nov - 08 November 2014. Because of the added cost of airfares from Australia we once again stayed on the Texas Deck in the G category cabins.

At our Chattanooga Hotel we were informed that because of repairs to a river lock, we would be bussed To Clarksville for embarkation. Having flown from Australia the news of a four hour bus ride didn't worry us, (although it did seem to disturb others.)
