Never, in the course of 70 cruises, have I tasted food so consistently poor. From pizza that made me yearn for the frozen food variety to Chicken Cordon Blu that, clearly, was "imported" to the vessel flash frozen and microwaved upon ordering. It was just pathetic.
The Windjammer buffet is the most bland, repetitive trough I have endured in many a year. No variety, no originality. Names that imply epicurean delight. Taste that is empty and just plain bad.
Nuts to RCI if they think seasoned passengers will fork over $34.95 for surf and turf in the MDR. Why, in the name of common sense, would you pay that much when you have already paid for your meals upfront? Sheer piracy!
Adequate. Clean. Water pressure that wouldn't clean a mouse.
