We sailed the Enchantment on the 4-day cruise over Thanksgiving. We were a family with young children.

Embarkation was hectic. We stood for about an hour and a half in the ticket line to get on the boat. We were in the standard check-in line. The "special"/repeat guests did not have a separate line. Instead, they let the gold, etc. members go to the front of our line. This was frustrating, especially when you were waiting longer because they kept letting people go in front of us "the regular folks". I feel that this is a bad PR move on the part of Royal Caribbean. If they want to offer boarding perks for repeat customers, they should have a separate line.

The ship itself was very nice. It was one of the cleanest ships that I have been on. There were many different areas to explore (although with young children, we did not get to use many of the clubs/bars available). The pool area was very large and there were always plenty of chairs. We had a panoramic oceanview room which was very nice. A nice size with plenty of storage space. We were very pleasantly surprised regarding the room space and cleanliness. All of the staff members were very friendly and happy.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

The panoramic oceanview stateroom is very nice. Plenty of room. We were right near the Atrium, so you will be able to hear the music (it did not bother us, but may if you are a light sleeper).
