Carnival Inspiration is a very happy ship. From the moment I stepped aboard and welcomed back by Chef de Cuisine Russell Pereira until wished happy landings at the gangway at debarkation by Cruise Director Calvyn, I was shown genuine hospitality while aboard Carnival Inspiration.

Each time I arrived at the Mardi Gras Hostess station I was warmly greeted by Loredana, Ivanka and Marija. Each of these staff members welcomed all guests to the Mardi Gras Dining Room as one would a friend to their home. Loredana took a moment of her free time on Catalina Island to say hello and even remembered my name. Such charm and grace is not often seen today and I was moved by her gesture.

The atmosphere of the Brasserie was enhanced by the presence of Chef Diptendra who both day and night was observed in the room greeting guests as they dined and inquiring how they were enjoying their meals. A.M.D. Bosco kept a studied eye on the Brasserie and the staff there performed flawlessly under his direction. A special shout out to Assistant Team Waiter Mauro who artfully created ice cream swans during the Chocolate Extravaganza. Mauro’s sincere spirit of hospitality was not lost on the many guests he served that afternoon.
