Our 14 day cruise on the Paul Gauguin was a dream come true........

We boarded in Papeete and had our first gourmet dinner aboard... after a good nights sleep in our luxurious suite, we arrived in Fakarava (a small atoll) at sun rise while having breakfast on the upper deck. We rented bikes on the dock and visited the very cute village and went to the beach for some snorkeling.

The next day was at sea and I though it would be more relaxing but found to many tempting things to do all the time.We loved the Jean-Michel's conferences, he is a great story teller and has some great tales to tell as well as bring more awareness to the world about how fragile the ocean is and what we can do to help save the planet...a very positive optimistic and fun person to be around.

Cabin Review

Cabin eighth

The cabins and terrace are big luxurious and very tastefully done with lots of wood furniture. We had a beautiful flower arrangement and bottle of champagne on arrival in our room. The butler ( Johnathon) was great and made all our dinner reservations and helped make sure every thing was perfect..
