My name is Duane my family and I have sailed on 6 cruises, 5 on Carnival, we traveled from North Carolina to Charleston by Car it took us 4 hours. Directions were not hard to follow and arrived at Port close to 1 pm because Carnival contacted us 3 times stating not to arrive before 12:30 pm. Our cruise was 7 days from 15-22 Nov. the Fantasy is small, crew nice, however we had a junior suite cabin V-7, and we heard wind howl and felt ship rock the whole cruise, the suite did not seem worth the price it had beds for 3 , 3 closets, bathroom seemed small. Food was good , unable to use main slide due to high winds. There were a lot if activities, cabin steward was good,

My issues are these at the Port Of Charleston was not organized you wait in long winding line, drop off luggage, then park in warehouse, then wait on shuttle, took us 2.5 hours to get on ship, and .1.5 hours to get off. Port of Grand Turk is ok if you want to stay on a beach, snorkel or swim, not much for shopping, went on tour of island i was informative, Port of Half Moon Cay is not recommended, not much, two shacks for shopping, they fix you BQ on island, again only good if want beach.

Cabin V-7 was warm as were our cabins around us, only way to keep comfortable during day is keep curtains closed. Dining in main dining room was great, service nice, food was good. One if shows was repeated on last night, it is good but would have liked something new. Getting of ship is silent, you get notice in room, we arrived at theater at scheduled time, took 1.5 hours to get off, was dropped off at one warehouse had to walk to car. Do not recommend Fantasy, but do recommend Carnival.
