This is our second cruise on Voyager of the Seas in 12 months.In 2013 we were dissapointed because the ship was tired and showed it. We were really looking forward to doing the cruise we are now on down to Sydney after RCL have spent millions of dollars on refurbishments.Yes there are some big improvements with new carpets, curtains, and furnishings etc but what they have gaind here has been lost with the lack of service. We have only been on board 1 day so far but we have a multitude of complaints.

To start off with in the Singapore cruise terminal although we entered the priority boarding entrance we were sent in the wrong direction (true we should have been a wake up to this) and had an extremely long wait to be able to board. (It was at least 2 hours).

On arrival to our cabin the TV did not work and is still not working a day later. We tried on arrival to ring Maintenance on the phone and listened to the recorded message that said please hold the line your call is important to us etc etc until we gave up after 30 minutes. The cabin steward said he would report it but still nothing happened.Then this morning he said he would report it again but still no result. Again I tried to phone Maintenance but again no answer so I only wasted 5 minutes on this occasion before phoning the Operator who said they had a problem.
