I am going to make this short and sweet.. You can read all the reviews that people complained about "Too many kids", the noise, no chairs at the pool area, whatever... I went during the week called "Jersey Week", so I knew there was going to be a few more kids on the cruise.. So, what does one do...? Adapt, overcome and have a GREAT time!! If anyone had an issue with the kids, then book your next cruise on an adult's only ship.. Boo Hoo Hoo to you that complained. The ship has over 6,000 or so people on it, so you're going to hear some noise... Also, there are kids clubs for the children, so it's not like they are running an muck all over the place.. Again, if you have an issue with children, don't book a cruise with them.
Pro's: Very clean, Very good food (Manhattan Room is awesome! and complimentary), Very comfortable room (we had a balcony room. I don't know why you don't get one when you're on a cruise.. Don't you want to see the water from your room?). Guest services was very helpful when needed. Always something to do and if you get bored, that's your problem. Shows were AWESOME and "Rock of Ages" is a must see!!! And it's a MUST that you book your entertainment weeks before you embark on the cruise, because you'll be SOL if you don't. The good shows fill up very quickly.. Also, ROA is for adults... So, if you're gonna bring your young'ins (which quite a few did...) be prepared for some weird questions and looks on their faces..
Con's: Auto tipping - Not a big fan. Drinks are relatively the same price as you would pay for at a bar, but at least at a bar, you can tip on the service or the quality of drink you get. I received some real good ones and some that tasted like there was no liquor in them - But you're still tipping the same - automatically...
