This was my wife and I first cruise, and we went as a group with my parents and a couple siblings and their spouses, 8 of us altogether (we all had our own rooms, of course). This was a vacation, so no kids, haha. I had read all of the reviews for the Valor and wanted to give a detailed review of our experience, as I found those to be the most useful.

Day 1: Sunday, November 16 - San Juan

Our flight arrived in San Juan around 11:00 am, and we had pre-booked a taxi to the port. I highly recommend pre-booking a taxi because of all the taxi vultures at the airport wanting your fare. All 8 of us fit comfortably in the taxi-van so we all went to the port together. It was roughly a 30 minute drive to the port. Our taxi driver was nice and gave us some good information about San Juan along the way.

Great ocean view. We really liked the different animals made with the towels. The maids were incredibly fast and friendly. We would come back to our room after breakfast, and our rooms were already cleaned up. Room service was good.
