Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We have sailed 15 times on RCCL and this was the first trip out of Galveston. Although a little hard to get to from the west coast we enjoyed the port and embarkation and debarkation were easy.

We have sailed Navigator before and the upgrades were wonderful. We enjoyed the ports and would recommend this trip to anyone.

Our one issue was with the new bar configuration. RCCL has done a great job in creating a couple of specially bars (RBar an Ballaro). The drinks are outstanding but they require a great deal of effort on the part of the bartenders, who also act as wait staff. The waits for drinks during evening hours was completely unacceptable. Twice we had to give up trying to get a drink at the RBAR. It has noting to do with the staff, they were working as hard and fast as they could and providing the usually RCCL friendly service. It is in the staffing by the ship of these bars at key periods.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D3

Cabin was typical RCCL cabin for this category. Enjoyed the fact that they took out the coffee table and added the flat screens.
