We did the eastern and western Caribbean back to back cruises. We had been on the Oasis two years ago and really enjoyed it. This time the crew was new to ship not used to the changes after major rehab and things were totally disorganized from shows booked prior to sailing and changed or omitted, dining room reservations with linked reservations to others being split up to a major mess turning over cruisers (about 150 of us) on the back to back portion. New passengers were allowed on before we were! That has never happened to us before.

Food was way below par the first week, although our servers were excellent, and it was better the the second week but it was still the same menu as we has last year in the Mediterranean not to mention the prior week. Very disappointed in service, Announcements of what was happening around ship..promotion of events non- exisitent, PA system horrible can't hear or understand what is being said.

Very disappointed. We are diamond members so have been loyal to RCI but the WOW we experienced was not a good WOW with definite exception of our dining room staff and our wonderful cabin steward, Vincente.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D5

Most deck 6 balconies can not see ocean when looking directly belowdecks tolifeboats. We were fortunate that there was a large space, 5-6 feet, between boatsthat allowed us to see the ocean when looked straight down not just out. Room isMid ship but as most rooms on the huge ship they are much smaller than on smaller ships
