We had a lovely vacation onboard the Norwegian Epic during our transatlantic cruise. Embarkation went smoothly and after a quick tour in the Haven we were able to go to our stateroom. We had a 2 bedroom family suite in the Haven and loved it. Just perfect for families with kids or even friends who want to share. The stateroom has a lovely living room, balcony, a big master bedroom with huge bathroom and of course the second small bedroom with small bathroom. Our steward and butler did great job in making this our best vacation yet.
If you are staying in the Haven, you will be able to enjoy the courtyard area (which is a bit 'colder' than other Havens f.e the Jade, where the Haven is smaler but better decorated), Haven restaurant, Haven bar, Haven grill, Haven fitness, etc. Haven comes at a high price but on a ship this big and crowded, having your own private spot is really nice. Also the private sundeck Posh is very convenient with its own private bar and comfy cushions.
Dining, just lovely. NCL has really done a great job improving their cuisuine and menus. In every specialty restaurant that we went, we've had great dinner and the menu is just so extensive that anyone will find something they love. The buffet is always very crowded so finding a seat may get difficult, but the flavor and temperature is good.
Great room, perfect for families with kids or groups wanting to share!
