We had an incredible time on our Viking vacation. We opted to add several days in Prague on the front end , and several days in Budapest on the back end, to an 8-day cruise on the Danube which took us from Nuremberg, Germany......through Regensberg, Melk Passau, Vienna and on to Budapest

The land accommodations were first class, and the ship was immaculately maintained. The food and beverages were top notch and germane to the local areas we passed through. The organized tours were staffed with expert local historians who clearly enjoyed talking about the history and culture of the home towns. Staff on the ship, from the housemaids to the food servers to the chefs, to the captain....all went the extra mile to to see to it that we were taken care of and enjoyed the experience.

This was our first experience on a river cruise, and I can tell you that we would look no further than Viking for our next one.

Cabin Review

Cabin Veranda B Stateroom

The cabin, though small in footprint, was very well laid out. Storage of luggage and clothes was more than adequate.
