This was our first cruise and my partner and I where very pleased with everything on offer. To start with, we got a steal on the price. for 2 adults and a toddler we payed just under $2400 for what started as a 10 night cruise. (wound up being 11 but I'm not complaining) Secondly the whole process and all our dealings with P&O prior where both clear and simple. Embarking was one of my few gripes. They request that you select the dime that you would like to board to make boarding easy but in the end we booked our boarding time as 11-11:30am and we only got on the ship a little after 1pm. I only had one other problem and that was the fact that the lifts at the front of the ship were slow and one out of the three had been out of order for over a month. other than that everything was as imagined or better.

The ship: This ship is an old one and its age does show in places, this does however add to the charm of the occasion. As a whole the ship is well thought out and easy to get around.

The staff: Every staff member on board was friendly and approachable and easy to get along with. The wait staff are by far the most incredible taking every step to ensure they remember everything about you and do everything they can to make your Dinning a synch.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside

Room was both generous in size and very tidy.
