We had a nice trip and found the Oceania Marina ship not as nice as we anticipated. We tried each of the four restaurants and was extremely unhappy with the Polo Grill when our Lobster was served under-cooked. It was sent back but at that point my husband was already done eating his dinner and my appetite was long gone. This should never happen at any restaurant.

We found the excursions to be wonderful, fun, and informative and it is worth purchasing the unlimited excursion package to see what you want with a wide variety of choices. The excursions were not too long which left you time to rest later in the day.

We upgraded our room for $100 per person and have to wonder why I did. Our room was in terrible shape, lacking in regular maintenance, stained carpet and sofa, bed duster tattered, ceiling panels ready to fall down, and one side of the double bed well worn where I almost ended up on the floor by morning, bathtub in desperate need of caulking. Overall, the room looked old and worn and not elegant in any way.
