The wife and I did a back to back. First 5 days Western second 5 Eastern.

Did the first in a balcony C 704 first night the toilets went out of order pungent sewer smell, second night same thing took crew a few hours to fix. third night after we were in bed a piece of wood covered with cloth just in front of the balcony falls off with a loud bang nothing damaged except our nerves. fourth night our toilet over flowed at least it was just water but a real surprise to walk into in the dark in slippers. Meanwhile this is our first back to back. no information sent to us, no room keys for mini suite we were going into, no instructions, we asked several people in customer relations everyone had a different story. We were told we had to spend all the Princess on board credits as they would not roll over although they did.

The Italian restaurant Sabatini (sp) had a great lobster three ways. We had traditional dining table for eight people great but the food quality was generally a little bit lower than usual. Evening shows were typical with volume a little high but generally good. The mini suite was an improvement the tub is a good feature and the extra sitting room is nice to sit and chat and look outside. Did the Crown grill on the second 5 day and the meat was tough you get much better steak at the Texas Roadhouse and that is a kind of "run of the mill steak house". We are Platinum so boarding does not involve standing in line. But getting off the ship all the Princess hostess did was blame customs for the hold up in getting off over and over and over. For an agency that is understaffed, no raises for three years, and the budget being cut with all the new stuff they do regarding terrorists, ebola on and on Customs sure gets you through quick and easy much better than over flowing toilets and tough steak.
