We just got off the Triumph on Nov 8th and while this was not my 1st Carnival cruise it was the first on Triumph and will be my last on that ship. We had FTTF and the line was not long and we were quickly thru and on the ship by 11 am, but when we arrived at the cabins they were not ready and the cabin steward did not know that we were FTTF(not on his list) and had to call guest services to verify even though we had purchased it more than a month before sailing. He encouraged us to go to eat and then come back. We decided on Guy's Burgers since we had heard so much about them and while I enjoyed them the others in our party rated them as just so-so.

We were sailing with my parents (Mom uses a walker) and she found she could barley get into the cabin door with it and could not use the regular public bathrooms due to the size of the stalls, plus they were not clean. In addition the layouts were strange with the hand dryers at the far end away from the doors and the sink are so narrow only 1 person could be in that area at a time. I found you had to almost sit on the toilet seat to close the doors!

I like to look outside and often take pictures through the windows but the ships windows were covered with a lot of sea spray and were hard to see out of.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin 8B

Cabin was in a convenient location with easy access to elevators and access to public areas. Quite a bit of noise from the casino and bars under the cabin.
