Requested assistance since I have arthritis.  Manchester airport merely gave my sister a wheelchair and told us gate number. They did get me on the plane. Arrival at Corfu was a shambles! waited for nearly an hour in line to get an envelope off reps then on coach to embarkation hall where they were only interested in your card details. No one was there to escort us to the ship - some distance away, no wheelchair in sight. We started across the uneven ground to the ship - made it to the gangway before I fell. Assistance at last. A wheelchair appeared and I was taken to the medical centre where my hand was dressed.

Not until we got to our cabin did I realise I had damaged my hip and arm. The hand and arm were dressed the following day. After hearing tales of the cost of treatment I then treated myself. Enough of that grouse.

We had paid for an upgraded cabin on deck 7. The carpet could have done with shampooing, drawers and cupboards did not fit properly. The pillows and mattress did not feel clean and had a smell all of their own.
