Sail Date: Nov 2014
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We had the privilege to sail on the Freedom of the Seas for the second time. We had a D-1 balcony stateroom on deck 10. Very comfortable bed made it difficult to be an early riser. We were port side so we had a front row seat for the docking at St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Unfortunately, we missed Coco Cay, again, due to weather. We also had to return to port shortly after sailing due to a medical emergency. The medical staff and the ship's captain were instrumental in saving the life of a passenger.

This sailing had a very large group of motorcycle enthusiast who added much to the cruise as they sailed for a cause. Leather, hippy and pirate attire was apparent on several nights. Everyone was having a good time and were well behaved. Also on board was a group of kidney dialysis patients who were able to receive their treatments on board the ship.

We had a wonderful time. The ship is very large, well maintained and had a friendly staff who were more than happy to assist in any way they could. Meals in the dining room were exceptional. The Windjammer Cafe was typical of any buffet. The production show was fabulous. Can't wait to do it all again and again

Comfortable, clean and a bed that was so comfortable we didn't want to get up in the morning.
