While the Grandeur of the Seas may not have all of the bells and whistles of the newer ships, it is beautifully appointed and nicely maintained. My mother and I did a back-to-back on Grandeur and were delighted with everything about the ship. The food in the MDR was delicious. The service was extraordinarily fine from Veldine at Guest Services to Emilia, Housekeeping supervisor to Dennis our cabin attendant to Dwaine, the assistant resataurant manager to Erclan and Tuncay Head waiters to waiters Sharon and Antonio Lawrence to assistant waiters Nathaniel and Taryn everyone took such good care of us. Baltimore is not quite as efficent for embarkation as Bayonne, but disembarkation went very smoothly. We rent a wheelchair for my mom. She is 92, and the wheelchair makes it easier dfor her to get around on and off the ship. Everyone takes wonderful care of her. We were invited to dinner at the Captain's Table hosted by Hotel Director Clunis Daley. It was an elegantly presented evening--nicer than that on Queen Mary 2. One of the highlights of the cruise was seeing manatees along side the ship in Port Canaveral. That was so exciting. Key lime pie in Key West was a treat. We are already booked for another cruise on Grandeur. They make you feel like family.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite is a nice size. It was well-maintained and has ample closet and drawer space.
