Sail Date: Nov 2014

We flew to Miami a day early and had a reservation at the Colony on Ocean Drive in South Beach, we stayed near here last year before our cruise on the Imagination. There are a lot of things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel. And it was easy to grab a cab over to the port. It was about $20.

With Priority Boarding (Platinum) we went from street to lounge to Sign and Sail Card all in about 10 minutes. Ship had not been cleared so we had about a 35-40 minute wait before boarding began a few minutes before noon.

We had a blast on the Carnival Conquest November 2-9th 2014. This was my 13th cruise and my 11th with Carnival. This would also be our first time in a Suite. Loved the extra space and the large balcony, I would so upgrade again if the offer was presented. So upsell fairy please call before the Alaska cruise, Thank You.

WOW, so much space, we each had our own closet and drawer space, with room still left over.Balcony was huge, 1 1/2 times larger than a standard balcony.Bathroom had two double sinks and whirlpool tub with glass doors, it was nice not fighting with the plastic shower curtain.
