We just finished our 2nd Celebrity Cruise. The first was the Summit sailing 10/19/14. Both cruises were terrible and the last we will ever sail with Celebrity. We had two more booked for Oct/Nov 2015 but we are in the process of cancelling them. The list of problems is quite long but includes things like:

- no trays in the buffet on the Infinity. When I asked a supervisor about them he lied in my face and told me none of the Celebrity ships had trays in the buffet. Even though we just got off the Summit which did have trays.

- we did have the free drink package but on at least two occasions late at night the serving staff switched my Kahlua and cream to another coffee liquor (assumed cheaper) and cream and sugar!!! without letting on. Services also became very hard to get on many occasions, especially later in the evening. Read more
