We just got back from our 8 day cruise aboard the Carnival Freedom sailing to Gran Turk, La Romana Dominican Republic, Curacao and Aruba. We were a group of 4 staying in oceanview cabins 1253 and 1257. This was either our 5th or 6th Carnival Cruise for my wife and I, the other two it was their first time on a cruise.

First off I have to say it has been about 3 years since we last did a cruise and with the down turn in the economy, I have to say that Carnival did an excellent job! Our previous experiences were pretty much the same as this one in most areas. I think the customer service and attention to detail has improved immensely. One example is I have sleep apnea and the chord just barely made it from the outlet to the bed. The next day when the cabin steward saw me he asked me if I would like an extension cord because he saw what was happening, I said yes. I had one in a very short space of time.

I also really enjoyed Jen!!!
