This was our third time sailing with Celebrity, last time we were on board Eclipse 2012. Sadly, standards definitely have slipped. Poor service at the busy bars, I think due to less staff and the drinks package offer. More people drinking and trying to get served. Especially busy between 7-8.30 when first seating from Moonlight coming out and second seating waiting to go in at 830. Cafe Al Bacio was a joke for service, sometimes we sat for 20 mins waiting on our order being taken.

Entertainment - a few good acts and singers, Edge were good and certainly had put lots of work in, but same old.......nothing new and fresh. The house band were terrible, couldn't sing in tune and were a real disappointment. I think they are trying to be more British, which I don't know if that's a good thing or not. The crew work hard and we had some lovely waiters, sommelier and room attendants. Ocean view was a joke around 9am you couldn't get a seat with your breakfast. A few times, I just left again..... Same at lunchtimes on sea days. People are rude and don't move once they have eaten to allow others a seat with their food. The ports, not long enough at some of them which was a great pity.

We won't back on Celebrity......the management certainly need to address some issues and decide what they want, certainly not 5 star cruising as it was before.
