We just took the Reflection on the Nov1-8 cruise. The experience was horrid from the beginning. Embarkation was totally disorganized with NO CELELBRITYstaff arouind to ameorilate the situation or even provide cold water on a 85 degree day. THE MDR had horrible food, especially the last night. The food was colsd and service very disorgasnized. We had a sommelier who was racist and ignored us by making a point to serve other tables around us and ignore us. The maitre'd refused to take the approrpiate action. The last meal on teh ship was called veal cordon blu but was a greasy fried schnitzel with gnocchi in a inedible cream sauce withno flavor. The buffet had better food. We were told that after our horrible experiences a senior food and beevrage maanger would be contacting us prior to our disembarkation. We are still waiting.

We had concierage class but did not feel any extra love. Our sheets were never changed the enitre week. We knew as the sheet had the same hole on the right side the whole time. We were served canapes that we asked to be stiopped as all they were was a greasy tortilla chip, chopped up tomato, and inedible hummus. In addition we found under the bed the last day a bag of soda, wine, and beer left over from a previous cruise. We never had occassion to previously look under the bed.

The ports were ok for shopping but in St Maarten most of the stores were selling bogus goods(my wife saw a bottle of her favorite perfume that did not look or smell like the real thing). Reflection does an evening in San Juan but Baccardi rum factory is doable if you hustle off ship at 330pm and make the ferry next to ther terminal.
