Was very excited for this cruise having previously travelled with P&O and enjoying it but unfortunately P&O have reduced themselves and are now contempt with offering a substandard product that in no way competes with similarly priced competition e.g. Carnival, Royal Caribbean and even 'premium' lines on special.

Will keep it short but the ship has definitely seen better days, it is in desperate need of a refurbishment, there are wet patches from leaks, hallways are badly uneven to walk on, stains and general wear and tear to be seen everywhere! Not to mention the ship is overall dated, it's a shame as it's my "favourite" of all the P&O ships in layout+design but it is so badly neglected that it's now hard to enjoy it.

There was very obvious cost-cutting in almost every way-
