I have been on several luxury cruises about 30 years ago, on Sitmar bought by Princess. If you are looking for a LUXURY cruise this is NOT it. BUT, if you are looking for a great way to see the Islands without having to unpack and repack your bags in a hotel and fly from island to island, this is the way to go!
The complaints on this site are ridiculous, "the water was too salty, it burned my wife's eyes", "the sea was too rough", I mean, COME ON. Your best day at work cannot begin to equal your worst day in Hawaii!
We had an inside stateroom, aft, one of the cheapest and it was fine. We were only in there to sleep and shower, I mean what else do you need? and on the rough nights, who wants a balcony or a window anyway? My husband and I slept great in our cozy little stateroom.
Inside cabin fine for my husband and I. We were only in there to shower and to sleep. The rest of the time you are in port or around the ship.
