I have read many reviews and expected a few things like bad food and a relaxed environment. However, after this cruise I can say it was Mello kind of relaxing and the food was not ALL terrible however the best meal in my opinion was breakfast. My son is in a wheelchair and the stateroom exceeded my expectation! The room was huge and the balcony was awesome. Our room was kept very clean and the guy who provided the service was very honest. As soon as we got to our room he provided a crib for my 10 month old who just felt at home in our room!
I went on the cruise with a large number of family members; half of us between the ages of 14 to 30 and the other half 50 and up. The people 50 and up had a greater experience as this ship is clearly made for the senior crowd my mother and aunts seemed young in comparison to everyone else on board yet the entertainment was awesome. I enjoyed every stage play in their gorgeous theater and their bar service was also awesome. I suggest that when booking this ship you budget properly as they charge for everything and at a handsome rate I needed a shirt ironed express and it cost me 40 dollars for one shirt and for a family of four the optional gratuity comes up to about 210 dollars. Drink prices however are very reasonable!
I booked two excursion packages for the Bahamas which were awesome the Cabana was worth every penny and the Wave Runner (Jet Ski) was fun!
