My wife and I hadn't cruised for many years and had spent our vacations at different destinations in the Caribbean. This year we decided to try something different. We choose Princess Cruise Line, the Regal Princess was doing the Mediterranean. We boarded on Sept 23 in Venice (my wife luggage was lost and never found until our return home). We disembarked in Barcelona on Oct 6. The Princess staff were the best they took care of us by giving us extra on board credits and also free laundry for the duration on the cruise.

The ship was new and our cabin on the Aloha deck was compact and very comfortable complete with a balcony. This ship had over 3 thousands six hundreds guests and somewhere near fifteen hundred staff. The food was great we didn't have a bad meal. Everywhere we went on the ship staff would welcome us and asked us if there was anything else they could do for us. One item that didn't make sense to me was bottle water was only available if you had chosen the liquor package. We had to purchase these individually. The ship was very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. I'm sold I'll cruise again with Princess. Thank you
