I've always wanted to go to Aruba & Curacao & finally, I was able to go. I had a porthole 1A on Deck 2. Other than the bed (which I thought was too narrow, but there was no way to convert it to something larger), I thought the cabin was excellent. Very roomy & spacious for one person. I emptied my suitcases & there was space for them in the one closet I didn't use. I used the other 2 closets for my clothes.

My room stewards were quick, friendly, & quiet. One day I went out for a few moments; when I came back, my cabin had been made up for the day. I always had ice in the bucket, too.

I had late seating in the Blush MDR, upper level. I was travelling solo, so was hesitant to go to dinner because I thought I'd be the odd man out. I wasn't! They seated me at a table of other solos & we had a blast! Our wait staff was friendly, funny, quick, & efficient. Other tables had to wait & wait. We never did, even on the formal nights when all the tables in their section were full.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

Cabin 1A

I had a 1A porthole, non-convertible twin. I thought it was very spacious for 1 person. Didn't notice much noise, except when we hit rough seas (Hurrican Gonzalo's afterwake) or when the ship was moving fast. I loved this cabin & if they ever put a larger bed in it, I'd book it again.
